Rigid Connection Between Brush & Reach-it Mini

My current setup goes: brush – angle adapter – aquadapter – aluminum pole adapter – reach-it mini. The weak link is the aluminum pole adapter. It has to be thickened for the pole clamps to grip it and it is still wobbly & flimsy. What are you guys with a similar setup using to strengthen your pole?
